Why Lingan exists
Safe work starts before approval and continues in the field. Lingan helps teams plan the work, verify the controls, and review the evidence.
The founders
Lingan was started by Zhixian (Zion) Huang and his father, Jiandong (East) Huang.

Led chemical operations in China for more than twenty years and was recognized as a National Outstanding Entrepreneur in China. He watched approved safety controls stay on paper while the field had no continuous way to show they were being followed.

Spent years building large systems that combine AI with real-time performance. He started Lingan to bring that systems experience to high-risk industrial work.
What Lingan builds
High-risk work depends on people sharing the same understanding across operations, contractors, supervisors, and shifts. Task risk assessments and permits can define the hazards and controls, but field conditions still change after the work begins.
A camera and a general model are not enough. Industrial safety teams need a stable system that understands the approved standards, SOPs, permits, and risk context for the work, and keeps watching across time.
Lingan builds that layer: a Safety AI Agent that turns approved standards and procedures into work plans, continuous verification, and reviewable evidence. Safety decisions stay with authorized people.
